    • We’ll conduct a brief initial consultation to align expectations and ensure we can bring your idea to life.

    • Receive an estimate and a preliminary conceptual design.

  2. Custom Furniture Design

    • Using a combination of hand-drawn sketches, 3D modeling in SketchUp, and realistic renderings in Twinmotion, we refine your ideas into a clear and detailed design.

    • To help you visualize the finished product, we can create miniature 3D-printed models of your furniture.

  3. Quote Preparation and Approval

    • Receive a detailed quote packet that includes sketches, dimensions, renderings, materials, finishes, lead times, and pricing.

    • Secure your project with a 50% non-refundable upfront payment, with the remainder due when the piece is complete and ready for delivery.

  4. Craftsmanship and Updates

    • With generations of woodworking expertise, we craft each piece with precision and care, using sustainably harvested wood from our family farm.

    • Stay connected with progress updates, including photos of your piece being crafted.

  5. Completion and Delivery

    • When finished, we’ll share final photos of your custom furniture and arrange for delivery.
