Return policy.
At Hardwood Groves, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted furniture, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Please review the following policy carefully:
Custom Orders
All custom furniture orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This is due to the personalized nature of these pieces, which are made to your specific design and material requirements.
If you wish to cancel your order, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order placement to receive a full refund.
Non-Custom Products
Non-custom furniture pieces (e.g., ready-to-ship items) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely for return shipping.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
Damages or Defects
We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective:

Provide photos of the damage or defect along with a description.
We will review your claim and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Warranty
All Hardwood Groves furniture is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by environmental conditions (e.g., extreme humidity or heat).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom furniture, gift cards, and any items marked “final sale” are non-returnable.
Items that have been altered or repaired by the customer without our prior approval are also ineligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Email us at hardwoodgroves@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
If the return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
